Height and depth are the same on every size. About 20 in (50cm) tall and 8 in (20cm) deep. Only the width changes.

What if my bed is a Full or a California King?
Order Queen / Full for a Full, and King / Cal King for a California King. On those two beds the wedge sits a few inches wider than the mattress, which is deliberate. It keeps the backrest running edge to edge rather than leaving a bare gap at the sides, and because it rests on the mattress the extra width simply softens the corners.
Does the waterproof cover feel like plastic?
No. It's a soft fabric cover you lean against like any other pillow. The water resistance is in the fabric itself rather than a plastic sheet on top, so it stays comfortable to sit against for a whole evening.
Does it have pockets?
