How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and also shipped within this time frame.

When will I receive tracking information?

Within a few days of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. (If you have selected a tracked shipping method)

Shipping Time

United States: Orders take between 7-10 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped. Please note: We are currently unable to ship orders to Hawaii or Alaska.

Australia & Canada: Orders take between 8-10 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

Worldwide: Orders take 7-21 business days to be delivered. Please note in some European countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@freshfrenzy.co with your order number.

Orders that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We process and ship orders quickly. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will try to intercept the parcel if you contact us within 12 hours of fulfillment. Interception is not always possible, but if we are successful, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Unfortunately, once more than 12 hours have passed since your order was fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, as we have no way of intercepting the package once it is in transit. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, in line with our Refund Policy.

Address Issues

We reserve the right to cancel any order where our shipping partners are unable to deliver to the specified address. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
