How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and also shipped within this time frame.

When will I receive tracking information:

Within a few days of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. (If you have selected a tracked shipping method)

Shipping Time:

US orders take between 7-10 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped. Please note: We are currently unable to ship orders to Hawaii or Alaska.

Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days to be delivered. Please note in some European countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

Shipping / Order cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any order where our shipping partners are unable to deliver to the specified address. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
